The busiest way into the country from Québec. It is not always the right one for your trip.
Why Casablanca first
Casablanca has Morocco's main international airport. It is the most common arrival point from North America, and the hub domestic flights run from.
If your trip starts in the north of the country, or if it is a family visit across several cities, Casablanca is usually the logical door.
Casablanca or Marrakech?
If your trip is centred on Marrakech, arriving into Casablanca adds a leg. The train connects the two cities and it is a comfortable ride, but it is half a day to account for after a transatlantic flight.
Flying straight into Marrakech puts you about twenty minutes from the medina. Ask us to compare both for your dates rather than deciding in advance.
When demand climbs
In Canada, interest in Morocco peaks in March and stays high from January through April. August and October are the troughs.
That means the tightest booking window falls in winter, for a spring departure. If you are aiming at March, start early.
